Diabetic Butter Rum Candy

  1. Pour puffed rice into a blender and process to a powder.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix with a wood or plastic spoon until completely blended.
  5. Form sticky mixture into 20 patties.
  6. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 300 degrees (150 C.) for 20 minutes or until surface feels dry.
