Baked Sweetcorn Rice
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp creamy corn
- 2 tbsp chedder cheese
- 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
- put rice in baking dish make a hole in the middle and break an egg
- put creamy corn on rice then top cheese on top then cover tip loosely and bake at 200 C for 20 minute till cheese melted
- uncover and bake another 5 till lightly brown and egg is almost set but runny
