Wet Burritos
- 1 (10 oz.) Franco American beef gravy
- 1 (12 oz.) tomato paste
- 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) refried beans (optional)
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. enchilada mix
- 2 pkg. taco mix
- 8 pack flour tortillas
- 1 small onion
- lettuce
- tomato
- Fry beef with onion.
- Drain.
- Add refried beans and taco mix with 2 cups water.
- Let simmer. Then put enchilada mix and water as directed on package in large saucepan.
- Let dissolve.
- Add tomato paste and beef gravy.
- Let thicken.
- Set aside.
- Warm tortillas and wrap meat mixture along with lettuce and tomato inside.
- Place on a heavy plate, cover generously with sauce and top with cheese.
- Heat in 350u0b0 oven for 8 minutes to melt cheese. Sauce mix is for approximately 16.
