Walt (Bookie) Barton's Funny Chicken Recipe

  1. Mix canned soup and sherry wine together.
  2. Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Sprinkle rice on top.
  4. Place chicken pcs over this.
  5. Then sprinkle with onion soup and mushroom slices.
  6. Cover tightly with foil and bake in slow oven 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hrs.
  7. If you do not like mushrooms use 2 cans of cream of celery soup or possibly improvise.
