Creamy Mushroom Sauce
- 250 grams small mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 pinch dried rosemary
- 1/2 vegetable stock cube
- 1 black pepper and salt
- 200 grams cream cheese, light
- 1 tbsp mustard sauce
- Heat some oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- Add the mushrooms and fry until golden brown
- Season with rosemary, pepper, crumble the stock cube.
- Take off heat
- As soon as the mushrooms cool down a bit, add enough cream cheese to absorb the mushroom liquid (I put a bit less than 200g).
- Add mustard
- Taste and add salt if you have to.
- Serve over warm rice or pasta.
- Enjoy :)
