  1. Brown roast on both sides.
  2. Salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer in tightly covered pan for several hrs.
  4. Mix flour, baking pwdr, salt, and egg and moisten with lowfat milk.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Drop by teaspoonful into the meat.
  7. Cook 20 min with lid on.
  8. Do not peek.
