Pot Roast And Dumplings Recipe
- 1 pot roast
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- Lowfat milk to moisten
- Brown roast on both sides.
- Salt and pepper.
- Simmer in tightly covered pan for several hrs.
- Mix flour, baking pwdr, salt, and egg and moisten with lowfat milk.
- Stir well.
- Drop by teaspoonful into the meat.
- Cook 20 min with lid on.
- Do not peek.
