Cornbread dressing
- 4 cups of crumbled cornbread (I use 2 boxes of jiffy mix,bake and then measure out 4 cups)
- 4 crumbled biscuits
- 2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 celery ribs (chopped)
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- In large bowl mix bread and broth.
- Allow to soak.
- Add onions,celery and eggs.
- Mix well.
- Add butter.
- Put in a 9x13 dish.
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
