Bachelor Chili Recipe

  1. Cut meat into 1/4" pcs.
  2. In a 4 quart Dutch oven, brown meat in oil; remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, saut onions, green pepper, garlic and red pepper flakes till vegetables are tender.
  4. Return meat to pan.
  5. Add in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3 hrs or possibly till the meat is tender.
