White Bean Pork Soup - Awesome!
- 2 lbs dry northern white beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (8 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 6 (8 ounce) cans water
- 1 (8 ounce) can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
- 4 pork chops
- salt, pepper, garlic (my staples)
- Boil beans as per directions on bag
- in crock pot or on stove top combine the following ingredients, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 cans chicken broth, 6 cans of water, 1 can tomatos w/green chili (leave on high for crock pot or bring to boil on stove top).
- season and brown pork season w/ garlic, salt and pepper -- this is the main seasoning in your soup so don't hold back!
- when beans and pork are done combine all ingredients and cook for 6 hours in crock pot on high or 4 hours on stove top at simmer.
