Spinach-Bacon Salad

• 10 ounces fresh spinach
• 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced thinly
• 8 mushrooms, sliced thinly
• 11 ounces water chestnuts, sliced
• 12 lb bacon, crumbeled, reserve fat

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Service with hot bacon dressing.
