Crock Pot Beef Tips Recipe

• 1 pkg. beef tips or possibly lean stew meat
• 1 can beefy mushroom soup
• 1 can beefy gravy or possibly cream of mushroom soup
• 1 tbsp. dry onion flakes (opt.)
• Salt & pepper

1. Cut beef tips into bite size pcs.
2. Lightly salt and pepper and place in crock pot.
3. Mix soups and gravy and pour over meat.
4. Cook on low for 8 hrs.
5. Serve over rice.
