Mom's Pork Chops With Rice Recipe
- 4-6 pork chops
- 4-6 teaspoon mustard (approximately)
- 1/2-1/3 c. Worcestershire (approximately)
- 1 can chicken 'n rice soup
- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- Brown pork chops.
- Spread generously with prepared mustard.
- Sprinkle generously with Worcestershire sauce.
- Add in: 1 can of chicken and rice soup, 1 c. of rice, and 2 c. of water.
- Cook till rice is done (15 to 30 min).
- Serve with peas.
