Bisquick Pumpkin Muffins with Raisin

  1. Stir all ingredients except raisins together until just mixed.
  2. Fold in raisins.
  3. Spoon into nonstick muffin tin (or use cupcake papers).
  4. Bake at 400F (200C) 25 minutes for regular muffin tins, 35 minutes for large muffin tins.
  5. Canned pumpkin seems to work about as well as applesauce for a baking substitute for oil.
