Crab Roll-Ups
- 34 cup crabmeat (fresh or canned)
- 3 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 8 ounces crescent rolls
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon cayenne or 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray cookie sheet with vegetable oil.
- Mix together first 3 ingredient plus optional ingredients if you choose.
- Remove crescent rolls from can and divide in half.
- Roll out two sections and pinch perferations together.
- Cut into 8 pieces each section.
- Spoon 1 teaspoons crab mixture in center of dough.
- Bring one side of dough over crab meat and then put egg wash on it.
- Fold other side on top.
- The egg wash helps secure the dough.
