Buttermilk Substitute
- 15 ml Lemon Juice or White Vinegar
- 235 ml Full Cream Milk or best to use Heavy cream
- Lets have both ingredients in the room temperature.
- Add the lemon juice or white vinegar in a cup / drinking glass.
- Add in the full cream milk on top.
- Set them aside for at least 5 minutes and its ready.
