Cherrybims

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract, beating well.
  3. Add flour, salt, and cherries.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2" apart.
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
