Seared stove top porkchops
- 1/2 chopped onion
- tsp worcestershire sauce
- tsp Brown sugar bourbon marinade
- 1/3 butter
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- lb porkchops

- Its simple and quick!!
- Season your meats as you want but this is guaranteed good seasoning.
- 1st you season your porkchops to YOUR desire.
- 2nd you cut up your 1/2 onion into thin slices put them to the side.
- 3rd put your pan on the stove at medium Add your vegetable oil and your 1/2 your butter in the pot bring to a melted simmer then add your porkchops let cook for 5-10 min on each side.
- Take out Let rest .
- Then for onions add butter into the pan and add onions saulteed to your desire I prefer caramelized well....take out put on top off porkchops add whatever sides you love best enjoy!!!
