Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375F In large bowl, beat sugar, brown sugar, and margarine until light and fluffy.
  2. Add vanilla and eggs; blend well.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake at 375F for 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
