Tortilla Roll Appetizers Recipe

  1. Combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, chilies, onions, salt, and garlic powder.
  2. Spread on flour tortillas and roll into a tube.
  3. Chill 3 to 4 hrs (or overnight).
  4. Just prior to serving, cut rolls into 1-inch sections.
  5. Arrange on tray and serve with picante sauce for dipping.
