Salmon With Sauce
- 1 salmon fillet, about 2 lbs
- 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 12 teaspoon parsley, shredded
- 14 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- whole black peppercorn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 14 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Poach salmon in water seasoned with seasoned salt, parsley, celery seed, salt and whole peppercorns until done to your liking.
- It should take about 25 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold with a sauce made from sour cream, dill weed, wine vinegar, salt and sugar.
