Spicy Beef Stir-Fry with Asparagus, Radishes & Jicama

  1. Combine barbecue sauce and soy sauce in medium bowl.
  2. Add meat; toss to coat.
  3. Heat 1 tsp.
  4. oil in large skillet; add 1/3 of the meat.
  5. Cook on high heat 1 to 2 min.
  6. or until browned, stirring frequently.
  7. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  8. Repeat 2 times, using 1 tsp.
  9. oil and 1/3 of the meat each time.
  10. Cook asparagus in remaining oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 min.
  11. Add jicama and garlic; cook and stir 1 min.
  12. Add radishes and chiles; cook and stir 30 sec.
  13. Stir in meat and meat juices; cook 2 to 3 min., stirring frequently.
