Fettuccine Alfredo (Low Fat Version)

  1. Puree in blender: cottage cheese, skim milk, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic and onion powders until smooth.
  2. Transfer to saucepan.
  3. Add parsley.
  4. Warm on low heat 10 minutes.
  5. Do NOT boil.
  6. Serve over pasta, topped with parmesan.
