Pear & Pecan Salad - Jello Salad

  1. Drain juice from pears reserving 1 cup (225 ml) of liquid.
  2. Bring juice to rolling boil.
  3. Add lemon jello.
  4. Chill until partially set.
  5. Place pears and cream cheese in blender and blend until creamy consistency.
  6. Add jello and blend.
  7. Fold in pecans and whipped cream.
  8. Chill.
