Bruschetta Pork Chops with Basil and Onions

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package.
  3. Discard any remaining coating mix.
  4. Place in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Bake 20 min.
  6. or until done (145 degrees F).
  7. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, dressing, onion and basil.
  8. Top chops with tomato mixture and cheese.
  9. Bake 5 min.
  10. or until cheese is melted.
