Bruschetta Pork Chops with Basil and Onions
- 8 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 2 lb.)
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Original Pork Seasoned Coating Mix
- 4 large plum tomatoes, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package.
- Discard any remaining coating mix.
- Place in 15x10x1-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until done (145 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, dressing, onion and basil.
- Top chops with tomato mixture and cheese.
- Bake 5 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
