Wheat Germ Drop Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheet (I use Pam.)
  3. In a large mixing bowl, slowly add oil to the sugar.
  4. Beat in milk and eggs.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, wheat germ and nutmeg and mix well.
  6. Combine flour and sugar mixtures.
  7. Drop spoonfuls on cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 5 minutes at 350F then lower temperature to 325F and bake for an additional 7 minutes.
