Seared Scallop Spaghetti
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) bagof frozen bay scallops
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 chopped fresh garlic clove
- 3 tablespoons 6% cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup dried spaghetti
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.
- Add spaghetti.
- Cook until desired tenderness.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a medium sauce pan, melt butter until brown (2-3 minutes).
- Add scallops and sear.
- Add lemon juice, chopped garlic, dill, salt, pepper and cream to sauce pan.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat, toss with pasta, and Enjoy!
