Blackbean naanwich

  1. Drain the juices off the beans
  2. In a big bowl, add breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper, garam masala, chickpeas, garlic, onion and beans.
  3. Mix the beans, chickpeas, and ingredients well, and form into patties.
  4. mash everything well
  5. Heat oil and butter add the patties to oil pan fry, turning as needed.
  6. Cover in between turning.
  7. Cook till done.
  8. Add shredded cheese to top of patties cover remove from heat let cheese melt
  9. Add mustard and lettuce to naan, add pattie on top of lettuce.

  11. Add sour cream on top of sauce optional
