Braised Pork Chops With Cream Gravy Recipe

  1. In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork chops on both sides.
  2. Add in water, sparsely flakes, salt, onion pwdr, thyme, and worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cover; simmer 20 to 30 min or possibly till pork chops are tender.
  4. Remove pork chops from skillet; keep hot.
  5. In small bowl, combine lowfat milk and flour; blend till smooth.
  6. Gradually stir into warm mix in skillet.
  7. Cook till mix boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
  8. Serve gravy with pork chops.
