Ultimate Butterscotch Chip Cookies Recipe
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. butterscotch chips
- 1/2 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- Cream Crisco, white and brown sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla in large bowl.
- Blend in egg.
- Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
- Add in to creamed mix gradually.
- Add in oatmeal.
- Stir in butterscotch chips and nuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoonsful of dough on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min for chewy cookies.
