Yoghurt Flatbread

  1. Put in the flour, yoghurt, bicarbonate of soda, salt, pepper and herbs in a bowl.
  2. Mix with a wooden spoon till roughly blended, then combine with hands till the it has turned into a shaggy dough ball.
  3. Then knead for 2-5 mins or until it turns into a nice dough.
  4. Shape the dough into an inch, thick disk and split into 8.
  5. Roll each bit into a ball.
  6. Heat pan.
  7. Roll out one of the small dough balls into 1/2 cm thick disk.
  8. Pop the disk into the pan and flip when bubbles start popping up and a little bit of steam comes up from underneath.
  9. When flipped wait for 30 secs and transfer onto a plate.
  10. Repeat this step till all 7 are done.
