Creamy Apple Crisp Recipe

• 3 c. sliced, peeled tart baking apples, 4 apples
• 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 2 tbsp. all purpose flour
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Put apples in 2 qt casserole or possibly baking dish.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg, and vanilla till light.
3. Stir cream mix into apples.
4. For topping, cut butter into oatmeal, flour, sugars, and cinnamon.
5. Sprinkle on top of apples.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min or possibly till golden brown.
7. Serves 4-6.
