Crockpot Italian Mushrooms
- 1 pound mushrooms fresh, smallish buttons
- 1 large onions peeled, halved and sliced pole to pole
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 each Italian Dressing Mix, prepared (click to view recipe)
- (Use a store-bought packet of Italian dressing mix or save and make your own in about 5 minutes, see other recipe)
- Layer the mushrooms and onion in a slow cooker or Crockpot.
- Combine the butter olive oil and salad dressing mix; pour over the mushrooms.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until mushrooms are tender.
- Serve with a slotted spoon.
- Easy, slow cooked marinated Italian mushrooms.
