Dreamsicle Tofu Pie
- 10 12 ounces lite silken soft tofu
- 12 ounces frozen concentrated orange juice
- 1 cup light vanilla soymilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 14 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process till smooth.
- Pour into molds, cups or pie plate and freeze at least 4 hours.
- Cut or unmold and serve.
