Mexican-Style KD
- 1 pkg. (225 g) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 lb. lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 can (19 fl. oz, 540 mL) chili-style stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- BROWN 1 lb.
- lean ground beef in frypan; drain off fat.
- STIR in entire contents of 1 pkg Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese.
- ADD a 19 fl.
- oz, 540 mL can of chili-style stewed tomatoes and 1 cup water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover (with lid or foil) and simmer until macaroni is cooked, about 15 min.
- TOP with 1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese.
- Lower heat, cover and let stand until cheese melts.
