New york style cheesecake
- 1 Cheesecake Crust
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 32 oz Softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350
- Beat sugar and cream cheese on medium-high speed for 3 minutes
- Blend in cream.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each egg.
- Mix in sour cream, flour and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake for one hour.
- Let cool in oven with door closed.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
