30 Minute Chili Ole Recipe
- 1 c. Onion -- minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic -- chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 lb Grnd beef
- 15 ounce Can tomato sauce
- 141/2 ounce Can stewed tomatoes
- 3/4 c. A-1 Steak Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 16 ounce Can black beans
- Rinsed/liquid removed
- 11 ounce Can corn -- liquid removed
- Shredded cheese
- Lowfat sour cream and
- Minced tomato -- for
- Garnish
- In 6 quart.
- heavy pot, over medium-hight heat, saute/fry onion and garlic in oil till tender.
- Add in beef; cook and stir till browned.
- Drain; stir in tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, steak sauce, chili pwdr and cumin.
- Heat to a boil; reduce heat to low.
- Cover; simmer for 10 min, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in beans and corn; simmer, uncovered, for 10 min.
- Serve warm; garnish with cheese, lowfat sour cream and tomato.
