30 Minute Chili Ole Recipe

  1. In 6 quart.
  2. heavy pot, over medium-hight heat, saute/fry onion and garlic in oil till tender.
  3. Add in beef; cook and stir till browned.
  4. Drain; stir in tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, steak sauce, chili pwdr and cumin.
  5. Heat to a boil; reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover; simmer for 10 min, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in beans and corn; simmer, uncovered, for 10 min.
  8. Serve warm; garnish with cheese, lowfat sour cream and tomato.
