Ramen Slaw Salad
- 8 ounces Dole classic coleslaw (I usually make from scratch instead)
- 3 ounces ramen noodles (Japanese chuka soba)
- 4 ounces butter
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup vinegar (apple cider)
- 12 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12 cup nuts (cashews or slivered almonds)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Crumble noodles and add butter and seasoning from ramen noodle packs and bake 10 minutes.
- Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and soy as dressing.
- Cool noodles.
- Just before serving mix slaw, noodles and nuts.
- Dress and serve.
