Asparagus and Parmesan Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Place beaten eggs in measuring cup and add cream to equal 1-1/2 cups.
  3. Place in mixing bowl and add cheese, spices and asparagus.
  4. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 300F and cook 40 minutes more.
