Spiked Shrimp and Sausage

  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes until light golden.
  3. Remove with slotted spoon; set aside.
  4. Add chorizo to skillet; saute 3 minutes until browned.
  5. Add shrimp, salt and pepper; saute 2 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  6. Return garlic to skillet; add sherry and cook 1 minute or until shrimp are cooked through.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl; stir in parsley.
  8. Serve with toothpicks and bread for dipping in pan juices.
