Homemade Creole Seasoning

  1. Combine the cayenne, salt, white pepper, thyme, black pepper, sage, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small airtight container or mason jar.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months.
