Purple Slaw

  1. Whisk together orange juice concentrate, vinegar, and olive oil.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over salad in bowl.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Can be stored in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  6. Toss before serving.
