Mushroom-Lemon Filets

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Pam 12 x 8-inch or 8 x 8-inch baking dish. In large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons margarine or use Pam.
  3. Saute the mushrooms and onions until tender.
  4. Reduce heat to low.
  5. Stir in flour, parsley, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly.
  7. Gradually stir in the milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
  8. Stir in lemon peel.
  9. Place fish fillets or pan fish in baking dish.
  10. Spoon sauce over fish.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  12. Serves 4.
