Spiced Potato Chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 medium baking potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon hot paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 small onion, peeled and minced
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Generously butter 2 baking sheets.
- Overlap the potato slices in single rows.
- Stir the spices and onion into the remaining butter and drizzle it over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with salt and bake until the potatoes are golden, about 45 minutes.
- Serve.
