Spiced Potato Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Generously butter 2 baking sheets.
  3. Overlap the potato slices in single rows.
  4. Stir the spices and onion into the remaining butter and drizzle it over the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and bake until the potatoes are golden, about 45 minutes.
  6. Serve.
