Meat Marinade

  1. Beat the peppercorns enough to crack them and mix with other ingredients.
  2. Add choice of meat and marinade.
  3. The longer the better except with seafood.
  4. 4+ hours for any other meat, no more than one hour for seafood.
  5. Cook using the method of your choosing.
  6. Enjoy.
