Diabetic Dessert Recipe

  1. Combine butter, brown sugar substitute, diabetic sweetener, and egg.
  2. Beat 2 min at high speed.
  3. Add in remaining ingredients and blend 2 min at low speed.
  4. Pour into 8 inch square pan and sprinkle with minced nuts.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
  6. Frost with diabetic whip, if you like.
