Chicken & Mushrooms

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon margarine and 1 tablespoon oil in iron skillet.
  2. Brown chicken.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add mushrooms to pan and add 3 tablespoon of sherry.
  5. Saute for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add soup.
  7. Add 1/2 can-1 can water.
  8. Add 1/4 cup sherry and stir well.
  9. Heat until smooth.
  10. Add garlic, garlic salt, pepper and chicken and cover.
  11. Cook on low for 20-30 minutes.
  12. Serve over rice.
