Pork Wrap with Shiso Leaves and Cheese

  5. Wrap according to the size of the cheese, rather than making round wraps.
  6. This is how it turns out.
  7. Dredge with flour, egg, and panko.
  8. Heat oil to about 340F/170C and deep-fry until golden brown.
  9. Voila.
  10. Every bite is filled with melting cheese and juicy meat.
