The World's Ultimate Nacho Cheese Dip

  1. Cook red bell peppers on medium heat in olive oil until tender.
  2. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook ground beef until browned.
  4. After browned, add cumin and taco seasoning, green onions, jalapenos, red bell peppers and water and cook on low heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Deep fry simply potatoes hash browns until crispy.
  6. Remove and set aside.
  7. Add con queso cheese and continue cooking on low heat while stirring continuously.
  8. Add fried hash browns and stir for two minutes.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Serve as dip.
