The Fish Dish
- 450 g fresh boneless fish fillets
- 12 onion, chopped finely
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumb
- 14 cup cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Gently cook onion and garlic in oil until translucent, not browned.
- Mix onion into the cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Place fish fillets in greased dish.
- Top evenly with crumb mixture.
- Cook at 180 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes.
