Fluffy Cappuccino Pie with Chocolate Cookie Pieces

  1. Mix cream and coffee in large bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix; beat with whisk until well blended.
  3. Fold in 2 qt.
  4. of the whipped topping (or 2 cups whipped topping for trial recipe) until well blended.
  5. Stir in OREO Pieces-Medium.
  6. Spoon about 4 cups pudding mixture into each crust.
  7. Spread 1 cup of remaining whipped topping onto each pie.
  8. Top with OREO Pieces-Small.
  9. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
